Beginning in the fitness and wellness industries supporting clients with their physical transformations, I shifted focus to developing systems that empower businesses and individuals alike to adopt a more holistic approach to their growth and wellbeing.

Translating soul into structure, I bring a rare ability to hold both the mystical and the strategic, translating intuitive wisdom into clear frameworks, conscious values into functional systems, and visionary ideas into platforms that can grow, serve, and sustain.

I choose to lead with integrity, presence, and clarity. I believe that when the Spirit of a business is nurtured —and supported by intentional systems—we don’t just heal individuals; we shift culture.

I believe some of the most meaningful work happening in the world is being done quietly by people who often struggle to be seen.

I am a fifth-generation Root worker, energy reader, and healer. I grew up in Ireland, where spirituality, mysticism, and storytelling were woven into the culture around me. After spending a decade in London as a professional Muay Thai fighter, I eventually moved to Los Angeles to pursue my fight career.
